Jim brings competitive racing expertise to the art of safe driving. His credentials and philosophy are built on a foundation of high-performance training and a passion for teaching.

• Expert Training: A multi-time graduate of Brumos Porsche Racing School, where he was instructed by Porsche road racing legend Hurley Haywood, three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and five-time winner of the 24 Hours at Daytona.
• Proven Experience: Earned an SCCA Competition License and competed in road-racing events and practice sessions under the tutelage of Mick Robinson of Robinson Motor Sports.
• Unique Methodology: Teaches the core principles of vehicle dynamics, weight transfer, grip, acceleration, braking and turning—developing thoughtful, competent drivers who understand how to work with the vehicle’s physics.
• Competence-First Mission: Believes that driving competence is developed through understanding the driving physics that govern every vehicle and applying those principles through deliberate behind-the-wheel practice. Recognizing that this essential knowledge is largely absent from conventional driver education, he is dedicated to helping students of all experience levels understand, predict, and control vehicle behavior—developing the knowledge, skills, confidence, and judgment needed to navigate today's public roads safely.
